India APF&SVG Power Quality Optimization Project (100 Units)
This project delivered approximately 100 sets of APF (Active Power Filter) and SVG (Static Var Generator) equipment for power quality optimization in Indian industrial and commercial power systems.
Modern industrial power grids commonly suffer from harmonic pollution, reactive power deficiency, voltage fluctuation and load imbalance, which impair equipment operation efficiency, shorten service life and trigger extra power consumption losses. To solve these pain points, APF and SVG are deployed as integrated power quality governance solutions.
APF realizes real-time grid waveform monitoring, dynamically compensates harmonics and unbalanced loads, and eliminates harmful current generated by nonlinear loads. As a complementary core device, SVG performs accurate reactive power compensation and stable voltage regulation. Different from traditional passive filtering devices, the combined APF&SVG solution features strong adaptability and dynamic adjustment capability, which can flexibly respond to fluctuating load conditions.
The dual-equipment solution effectively purifies grid power quality, stabilizes system operation, and improves power factor. It helps local enterprises reduce power loss, cut electricity expenses, avoid power grid penalty fines, lower equipment maintenance costs and downtime losses, while fully meeting local power grid operation specifications and delivering significant economic and operational benefits.
