Description

The CNHR112 series 1-10KVA outdoor online UPS module is an industrial-grade uninterruptible power supply specially developed for outdoor cabinet integration and various outdoor engineering projects. Adopting a mature and reliable true double-conversion online architecture with zero transfer time, the equipment comprehensively defends against various grid abnormalities and power quality problems. It provides continuous, stable and clean power supply for mission-critical loads, perfectly adapting to complex outdoor working conditions and industrial power supply scenarios.

Feature：

Equipped with advanced full DSP digital control system and digital active PFC power factor correction technology, this UPS achieves an input power factor of over 0.99, which effectively suppresses grid harmonic pollution, reduces energy consumption and saves operational power costs for users. Meanwhile, it delivers ultra-pure standard sine wave AC power with extremely low distortion rate through superior power regulation performance, ensuring high-quality power supply for backend equipment.
Targeting the complex outdoor grid environment with severe voltage and frequency fluctuations, the series features ultra-wide grid adaptability. It supports an ultra-wide input voltage range of 90V~300V and a frequency range of 40~70Hz, which significantly reduces frequent battery discharge and effectively prolongs battery service life. Boasting excellent load capacity, the product comes with a standard output power factor of 0.9 (1.0 optional) and automatically adapts to 50/60Hz frequency with selectable output voltage, fully compatible with various industrial equipment and project applications. In addition, it works stably with various gensets, isolating genset voltage fluctuations and noise interference to ensure stable and clean power output during power failure switching and genset power supply.
In terms of hardware reliability, the product adopts high-standard industrial design, equipped with high-strength FR4 fiberglass double-sided PCB and wide-temperature resistant components for superior hardware stability. With a scientifically optimized full-range ventilation and heat dissipation structure as well as full-machine conformal coating, it effectively prevents dust accumulation and resists harsh outdoor conditions including humidity, corrosion and drastic temperature changes. This greatly enhances the long-term continuous operation reliability and enables all-weather outdoor operation.
Combining excellent practicability and scalability, the UPS adopts front maintenance terminals. The input, output and battery terminals support online hot plugging and unplugging, allowing maintenance without shutdown and greatly reducing operation difficulty and downtime loss. The module is applicable for standalone outdoor use and embedded installation in outdoor cabinets, with a freely adjustable vertical and horizontal display screen to adapt to different cabinet layouts and on-site installation requirements. Based on a high-performance controller and open architecture, the product supports customized functions and can be seamlessly integrated with automatic control systems and intelligent monitoring systems to meet the customized development demands of various intelligent and integrated projects.
