CNME331 Series 60–120K Embedded Modular Online UPS is a three-phase in / three-phase out high-frequency double-conversion uninterruptible power supply independently developed by CONSNANT. Covering 60kVA to 120kVA system capacity, it adopts embedded drawer-type modular architecture with independent hot-swappable power modules, supporting flexible capacity expansion and N+X redundant configuration.
Integrated full digital DSP control, ultra-wide grid adaptation range, high efficiency energy-saving design and intelligent centralized monitoring, the series solves all power anomalies including blackout, voltage sag/swell, surge, harmonic distortion and frequency fluctuation. Compact integrated cabinet structure integrates input/output power distribution inside, saving machine room space, lowering overall investment and operation cost, perfectly matching small & medium data centers, server rooms and industrial critical power scenarios.
Core Advantages
Each power module runs with independent control unit; single module fault will not affect whole system. Support online hot swap without load power-off, realize N+1/N+X redundant backup, flexible capacity expansion from 60kVA to 120kVA according to business growth.
Input voltage range 138~485Vac, input frequency 40–70Hz, stably operate under weak, unstable industrial power grid; built-in EMC filter suppresses grid harmonic interference.
Adopt high-performance IGBT power device, output power factor 0.9, max system efficiency up to 96% under online mode; ECO economic operation mode further reduces idle power consumption. Embedded integrated power distribution eliminates extra distribution cabinets, greatly improving space utilization.
Independent battery charging unit, adjustable DC voltage (336/348/360/372/384VDC compatible with lead-acid & lithium batteries). Automatic float/equalized charging, overcharge & deep discharge protection, extend battery service life effectively, support cold start without mains supply.
