Description
The CNS-L1208 is a compact 12.8V 8Ah LiFePO4 battery independently developed by CONSNANT, specially designed as a direct drop-in replacement for traditional VRLA lead-acid batteries. Adopting stable lithium iron phosphate cathode material and built-in intelligent BMS protection board, this battery features ultra-long cycle life, lightweight design, excellent safety and wide temperature adaptability. With total energy of 102.4Wh, IP65 waterproof ABS shell and complete certifications including CE, ISO, IEC and UN38.3, it serves as a reliable DC power supply for energy storage, backup power, RV, marine, security and industrial equipment.

    Fully matched with conventional lead-acid charging equipment and power systems, plug-and-play without modifying original circuit structure.

  6. Wide Operating Temperature Range

    Discharge works stably from -20℃ ~ 60℃, charging range 0℃ ~ 55℃, storage temperature -20℃ ~ 55℃, adapts to outdoor, cold and high-temperature harsh environments.

  7. Low Self-Discharge & Easy Long-Term Storage

    Slow self-discharge rate; store at SOC above 50%, refresh charge every 3 months for long-term storage to maintain battery health.

Storage & Maintenance Notes

  1. Store the battery in dry, ventilated space, far away from corrosive substances, open fire and heat sources.
  2. For long-term storage, keep battery SOC above 50%; perform supplementary charging every 3 months to maintain SOC around 50%.
  3. Use matching 12.8V LiFePO4 dedicated charger, prohibit lead-acid charger without float voltage adaptation.
  4. Avoid heavy impact, piercing the shell and short-circuit positive & negative terminals.
