Description

The CNS-LFP48100-WM is a wall-mounted LiFePO4 energy storage battery launched by CONSNANT. With a nominal voltage of 51.2V and energy capacity of 5.12kWh, it is customized for residential solar storage, communication base stations, and data center backup power supply.

Equipped with an integrated metal wall-mounted cabinet, built-in LCD display and full-function BMS, the battery supports parallel expansion of multiple units. It can directly replace traditional lead-acid batteries with lightweight, long-cycle and maintenance-free advantages.

  1. Ultra-long Cycle Life & Deep Discharge Performance

    ≥1800 cycles at 85% DOD, far superior to lead-acid batteries. Self-discharge ≤2%, 100% charging efficiency at 0.2C, discharge efficiency reaches 96%~99% at 1C, low energy loss.

  2. Lightweight & Easy Wall Installation

    Lightweight, about 40% weight of equivalent lead-acid battery. Pre-reserved wall mounting holes plus side handles, wall-mounted indoor installation without occupying floor space.

  3. Comprehensive Multi-layer Safety Protection

    Adopts safe LiFePO4 cells with high-sensitivity explosion-proof exhaust valve. Intelligent BMS realizes full protection against overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, short circuit and overtemperature. Metal enclosure is flame-retardant, corrosion-free and leakage-free.

  4. Multi-protocol Intelligent Communication

    4 standard communication ports: SMBus / RS485 / RS232 / CAN. Real-time monitoring of voltage, current, SOC, temperature, fully compatible with mainstream solar inverters and telecom power supplies.

  5. Flexible Parallel Expansion

    Max 15 units can be connected in parallel to expand energy capacity, satisfying high-power home storage and centralized power supply for multiple base stations.

  6. Wide Operating Temperature Range

    Charging temperature: 0℃~45℃; Storage temperature: 0℃~40℃; Transport temperature: -20℃~60℃. Stable operation in indoor rooms, outdoor telecom stations and remote marginal sites.

The battery is marked as 48V, why is its nominal voltage 51.2V?
The pack consists of 16 series LiFePO4 cells. Each cell is 3.2V, 16×3.2V=51.2V. It is generally named as 48V system battery in the industry and compatible with all 48V-class inverters and telecom power supplies.
How many CNS-LFP48100-WM units can be connected in parallel? What are the parallel requirements?
Max.15 identical units for parallel expansion. Only batteries of same model, batch and capacity can be paralleled. SOC difference shall be controlled within ±3% before installation. Keep consistent installation environment and equal cable length. Series connection is NOT allowed.
What communication ports are equipped? Which inverter brands are compatible?
Standard interfaces: SMBus, RS485, RS232, CAN. Compatible with most mainstream residential storage inverters and telecom rectifiers. You can provide inverter communication protocol before order, we will verify compatibility in advance.
Can it directly replace existing lead-acid batteries? Are extra accessories required?
It can directly replace 48V lead-acid battery. Please confirm matching charging voltage parameters. Wall-mount structure is integrated, no extra cabinet needed. Terminal is M8, prepare matched power cables on site.
