Description
CONSNANT EPCS Series is an integrated outdoor cabinet type 1500V high-voltage BESS PCS (Battery Energy Storage Power Conversion System). It covers rated power grades of 1725kW, 3450kW and 5000kW, with an auxiliary 1250kW model for flexible matching. The DC operating voltage ranges from 1000Vdc to 1500Vdc, and the AC side adopts standard 690Vac 3-phase 3-wire output. The whole machine reaches IP66 protection rating, with integrated skid-mounted design and pre-commissioned before delivery. It is widely applied in utility-scale energy storage stations on grid side, power generation side and large industrial & commercial sides.

Adopting integrated sealed cabinet structure, the PCS is equipped with complete AC & DC protection functions, including AC overcurrent/overvoltage/short-circuit protection, DC surge/overcurrent/overvoltage protection, over-temperature protection, etc., with strong anti-interference performance. The maximum conversion efficiency hits 99%, current THD<3% under rated power, and it supports long-term 110% overload operation.
Realizes cluster-level battery equalization and optimization, accurately monitoring charge/discharge status of each battery cluster, reducing inconsistency attenuation of cells and greatly extending the overall service life of energy storage system, delivering outstanding cost competitiveness for projects.
Skid-mounted integrated design minimizes on-site construction work; only simple wiring is required for commissioning. Multiple units can be paralleled freely to expand capacity up to hundreds of megawatts, satisfying customized capacity demands of different energy storage projects.
Supports millisecond-level power dispatching response to provide grid auxiliary services such as frequency regulation and voltage regulation. It achieves high & low voltage ride-through capability, adapts to fluctuating new energy power stations and remote weak grids, and supports grid-forming operation to improve renewable energy absorption capacity of power grids.
