1. UPS System Control Main Cabinet (Core Power Conversion Unit)

The main cabinet is the core of double-conversion online UPS, built with full digital DSP control, IGBT SPWM full-bridge inverter and 6/12 pulse controllable rectifier, completing AC-DC-AC two-stage power conversion, central monitoring and system logic control.

  1. CNI330 Three Phase Input & Three Phase Output (3Ph In / 3Ph Out)

    Power tiers: 10-300kVA

Independent dual-channel heat dissipation structure
  • Full electrical isolation design: built-in input/output isolation transformer, eliminates third harmonic interference from nonlinear loads; optional bypass isolation transformer and voltage stabilizer to suppress grid surge pulse.
  • Advanced static switch non-synchronous switching technology: automatic switch even when inverter and bypass phase unsynchronized, zero power cut for load if mains surge pulse width <5ms; static switch supports strong overload & short-circuit resistance, far superior to standard commercial UPS.
  • Comprehensive multi-layer protection: overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, overheat, battery deep discharge, EPO emergency power off function reserved.

  1. Automatic Fault Bypass: When main cabinet overload, inverter fault or over-temperature alarm, static switch instantly transfers load to bypass mains without power interruption.
  2. Safe Maintenance Bypass: Interlock rotary switch design, one-key switch to pure maintenance bypass mode, completely isolate UPS main unit for module replacement, wiring overhaul or routine inspection, no power loss for backend critical equipment.
  3. Optional built-in accessories: bypass isolation transformer, AVR voltage regulator, multi-loop distribution feeders (standard 8 loops expandable), lightning protection module, 72×72 analog volt/ampere meters, independent status indicator lights.

  • Independent BMS sampling unit: real-time monitoring single battery voltage, internal resistance and temperature, maximum supports 40 battery cells monitoring; temperature compensation charging function to adjust float charge voltage according to ambient temperature, extend battery service life by over 40%.
  • Explosion-proof & insulated cabinet structure, independent heat dissipation air duct, safe layout in chemical plant, power station battery room.
  • Optional DC voltage specification: 110VDC / 220VDC / 384VDC according to UPS model; customizable cabinet size, wiring mode, cabinet color (standard RAL7035 grey, other colors available).

Complete System Operation Logic (4 Working Modes)

  1. Normal Mains Double Conversion Mode

    Three-phase mains input → main cabinet 6/12 pulse rectifier converts AC to stable DC → inverter outputs pure sine AC to industrial loads; battery bank floats charged standby, all power quality disturbances filtered completely.

  2. Mains Failure Battery Backup Mode

    Grid power cut/voltage out of tolerance: battery cabinet DC power directly supplies inverter via DC bus, continuous power supply according to preset backup time, 0ms transfer time to avoid DCS system crash or production line halt.

  3. Fault/Overload Static Bypass Mode

    UPS internal fault, long-time overload or overheat: static switch automatically switches load to bypass feeder cabinet mains power, upload remote fault alarm signal, load operates uninterrupted while system records fault logs for post-maintenance analysis.

  4. Manual Maintenance Bypass Mode

    Technician operates interlock rotary switch to cut off UPS main cabinet input/output, load powered solely by bypass cabinet; main cabinet can be fully powered off for disassembly, module replacement or full inspection without affecting industrial production.
