Description

CNI330 Series Industrial UPS are fully customized integrated power supply systems designed for harsh industrial operating conditions, whose core R&D and design objective is to deliver full-range power protection for critical process loads at industrial sites. Industrial distribution grids commonly suffer from deteriorated power quality, which readily generates various transient voltage disturbances. Such voltage transients can cause irreversible electrical damage to both the internal power modules of UPS units and high-precision critical downstream loads. Industrial UPS are power conditioning equipment specially developed to address these pain points in industrial working conditions.

The CNI330 Series is a 3-phase input & 3-phase output double-conversion industrial online UPS developed by CONSNANT, covering power ratings from 10kVA to 300kVA. It is engineered for harsh industrial environments, available in IP42 and IP54 enclosure protection grades. Standard configuration includes main UPS cabinet plus independent bypass cabinet, with full customization support.
Adopting full-digital high-speed DSP control and pure double-conversion topology, the unit realizes complete electrical isolation between input and output. It effectively handles industrial grid interference such as voltage swings, harmonics and motor inrush current, delivering stable, clean uninterrupted power to critical control equipment, avoiding production shutdown, monitoring system failure and equipment damage caused by blackouts, voltage dips, surges and distortion.

Adopting High-speed DSP Control

Adopting voltage and current stepping technology under CPU control, the rectifier of UPS has a soft start function. The input step is less than 15 seconds (adjustable), and the maximum impact current on the power grid does not exceed the rated current.

High Reliability

Built-in input transformer, output transformer, and bypass transformer realize complete Galvanic isolation. Instead of discrete IGBT and SCR components, we uses Modular IGBT and SCR in Rectifier and Inverter, bringing in extremely high reliability.

Adopting pulse-by-pulse technology to ensure that the maximum short-circuit current does not exceed the allowable range of single pulse short time IGBT, a pulse-by-pulse current limiting scheme is adopted.

Electrical utilities generate three-phase power because that is the most efficient way to transport electricity over long distances. For smaller power consumers, including residential or office buildings and most K-12 schools, the power is converted to single-phase power. The parallel system realizes even load sharing and automatic offline of faulty units. Failure of a single unit will not cut power to downstream critical loads, meeting the 24/7 continuous production requirements of high-reliability industrial scenarios such as petrochemical, power and metallurgy industries. An independent parallel control cabinet can be matched to simplify the joint maintenance of multiple units.
How to configure long backup runtime for industrial UPS?
CNI330 supports external battery cabinets for long backup runtime solutions, configurable from 0.5 hours to 8 hours according to customer demands. The unit is equipped with an intelligent Battery Management System (BMS) to precisely control charging and discharging, prevent overcharge and overdischarge, and extend battery service life by more than 40%. Multiple battery banks can be connected in parallel for high-power models to meet long-duration power outage backup demands.
