  • Standardized lithium energy storage matching for UPS manufacturers

Description

The CNS-LFP19250 is an integrated 192V 50Ah LiFePO4 backup energy storage cabinet developed by CONSNANT. It is specially designed for UPS uninterruptible power supply in data centers and solar power backup storage. The whole machine integrates battery modules, center-tapped BMS management system and integrated cabinet, realizing dual battery cluster redundant backup to provide double protection of continuous power supply for critical loads. It is a standardized lithium battery solution for UPS manufacturers matching, computer room backup power and off-grid solar energy storage.

Advantages vs Lead-Acid Batteries

  • Higher energy density, smaller footprint under same capacity
  • Ultra-long cycle life, far longer service life under deep discharge
  • Lightweight total weight, lower transport & installation cost
  • Higher discharge power, supports 1C high-rate charge & discharge
  • Ultra-wide operating temperature range: Discharge -20℃~65℃, Charge 0℃~55℃, stable operation in high/low temperature computer rooms
  • Intrinsically safe LiFePO4 chemistry, extremely low thermal runaway risk
  • Accurate SOC calculation via BMS, no virtual power error of lead-acid batteries, precise backup time estimation

Does it require frequent maintenance? How often is the maintenance cycle?
No water refilling maintenance required. Quarterly inspection only: check wiring terminals, ventilation and LCD alarm logs. Full charge-discharge SOC calibration once per year to extend service life.
How to fix LCD displays fluctuating battery levels or inaccurate SOC readings?
LiFePO4 has flat voltage platform, SOC jumping occurs on new units due to uncalibrated BMS. Solution: fully charge to 213V then slowly discharge to 174V for one full cycle calibration to fix inaccurate SOC display.
How to reset and restart the BMS after it has triggered over-temperature/over-current protection shutdown?
1.Disconnect all loads and rest 5–10 mins for temperature recovery; 2.Connect matched charger, protection will be auto released when voltage returns normal; 3.Check load power and cabinet ventilation to avoid repeated protection trigger.
