Description

CONSNANT GEL Series 12V VRLA (Valve Regulated Lead-Acid) Gel Battery is a sealed maintenance-free gel lead-acid battery independently developed by Consnant Technology. Adopting silica gel solidified electrolyte technology, it completely avoids liquid acid leakage, features ultra-wide temperature adaptability, superior deep cycle performance and long service life.

The whole series covers C20 capacity from 26Ah to 260Ah with fixed nominal 12VDC, widely applied in renewable energy storage, communication base stations, UPS/EPS backup power and other critical power supply scenarios. Under standard 25℃±5℃ ambient temperature, the design floating service life reaches 15 years, and it can realize 2,500 discharge cycles at 25% DOD, perfectly matching frequent cyclic charge-discharge working conditions.

    • Safety valve: Precise narrow pressure control valve with explosion-proof arrester & acid filter, avoid bulging and explosion risk
  8. High-strength battery housing: Standard UL94-HB ABS container; flame-retardant UL94-V0 housing optional for fire safety demand
  9. Non-spillable gel electrolyte: Solid gel silica electrolyte, no acid stratification, no leakage, safe for transportation and installation

Under the standard environment of 25℃±5℃, the floating design life is 15 years. Under standard use conditions, the battery can achieve 2500 cycles at 25% DOD (depth of discharge), with excellent deep cycle durability.
What is the sealing efficiency of the battery? Is it truly maintenance-free?
The battery adopts a fully sealed gel structure with a sealed reaction efficiency of ≥98%. It has almost no water loss during operation, no acid leakage, and no need to add water or maintain regularly, realizing real maintenance-free use.
What special structural designs does this battery adopt?
It adopts patented primary and secondary composite grid structure, high-temperature resistant pasted positive plate, high-porosity glass fiber composite PE separator, patented double-layer pole sealing technology, and is equipped with an explosion-proof safety valve with acid filtering function, which greatly improves battery stability and safety.
Is the battery case fireproof and durable?
The standard configuration is high-strength UL94-HB ABS shell, which is impact-resistant and anti-aging. The UL94-V0 high flame-retardant shell is optional, meeting high-standard fire safety requirements.
Does the battery have explosion-proof and anti-risk functions?
Equipped with a high-precision safety valve with a narrow working pressure range, built-in explosion-proof arrester and acid filter, which can effectively prevent battery bulging, fire and explosion risks during charging and discharging.
What are the forbidden operation items of the battery?
Do not disassemble the battery privately, do not charge in a gas-tight container, do not incinerate or squeeze the battery, and avoid long-term over-discharge and over-high charging voltage to prevent safety accidents.
