Description

TRSS-48300 embedded power supply is a new generation of highly reliable and high-performance hybrid energy system designed by the company based on years of development and online operation experience. The system configuration supports 1-6 hot-swappable rectifier modules and 1-6 photovoltaic modules. The system monitoring module has battery management function and power supply system monitoring function. Appropriately configured sensors can realize environmental monitoring, and provide multiple sets of backup monitoring quantities. It can provide RS485 communication interface to facilitate remote monitoring and unattended operation.
This embedded power supply is mainly used in outdoor cabinets.

Principle introduction

The principle of TRSS-48300 embedded power supply system is as follows:

 

Embedded Hybrid Power Supply 48V 300A

The system is powered by three-phase AC mains power through the AC input circuit breaker, all the way to supply power to the rectifier module; at the same time, the three-phase samples are sent to the monitoring board for AC voltage detection. After the output of the rectifier module is combined, the negative pole is divided into two channels. The first channel is output to the negative input terminal of the DC load through the DC contactor and the circuit breaker respectively, and the second channel is connected to the negative input terminal of the battery through the main shunt and the circuit breaker;The DC contactor protects the battery from over-discharge under the control of monitoring; the positive pole of the output of the rectifier module is connected to the positive pole of the load and the positive pole of the battery is connected to the output positive row.
