Description
CNI310 series is a three-phase input, single-phase output industrial online double-conversion UPS ranging from 10kVA to 100kVA, independently developed by CONSNANT for harsh industrial and power industry scenarios.
Adopting full digital DSP control, industrial low-frequency isolation architecture and zero-switch static bypass technology, it delivers ultra-clean, stable single-phase 220/230/240V AC power for critical control loads. The whole machine reaches IP42 protection grade, with wide voltage adaptability, strong overload tolerance and complete multi-level protection, perfectly solving grid surge, voltage sag, harmonic interference and power failure risks in factories, power plants, petrochemical and transportation industries.
The system can be combined with independent bypass regulator cabinet and PDU distribution cabinet to form a complete industrial power supply solution, supporting lead-acid, nickel-cadmium and lithium battery matching, with customizable DC voltage (110/220/384VDC optional).
Full-time rectifier + inverter isolation power supply; static switch transfer time <1ms, no power interruption for loads during mains failure, battery discharge or inverter fault bypass switching.
Built-in input & output isolation transformers; three-phase input 380/400/415VAC with ±20% wide voltage range, compatible with unstable industrial on-site power grid. Optional harmonic filter makes input THDi＜5%, power factor up to 0.99.
Rated output power factor 0.8; strong overload performance: 125% load sustainable for 10min, 150% for 1min, 200% instantaneous for 100ms, adapts to motor, instrument non-linear industrial loads.
Integrates over/under voltage, over current, short circuit, over temperature, battery over-discharge, phase loss, unbalanced load, bypass fault multi-protection logic; automatically switch to static bypass and trigger alarm signal under abnormal conditions to avoid load outage damage.
Large multi-language touch LCD (Chinese/English/Russian/French), real-time display input/output voltage, current, frequency, battery status, fault codes; stores 256 groups of historical event records for troubleshooting. Support RS485/Modbus communication for remote monitoring and DCS system docking.
IP42 cabinet protection, operating temperature 0~40℃, humidity ≤95% non-condensing; redundant cooling fans with automatic speed regulation; RAL7035 industrial gray cabinet, forced ventilation, noise ≤65dBA at 1m distance.
Smart ECO mode efficiency up to 98%; standard independent bypass cabinet, voltage stabilizer cabinet and power distribution cabinet expansion; battery voltage, backup time, cabinet size and communication functions fully customizable for project demands.
