The CNW330 series all-in-one outdoor UPS is developed to solve all above pain points, specially customized for unattended telecommunication base stations, traffic monitoring, oil & gas sites, photovoltaic measuring equipment and remote industrial control systems. Different from conventional indoor UPS, it adopts IP55 fully sealed anti-corrosion cabinet and built-in industrial air conditioner, supporting all-weather operation from -30℃ to +50℃ without extra room construction, cutting civil engineering cost by over 60%. We provide one-stop customized power solutions for both indoor and outdoor engineering projects to guarantee continuous power for precision loads.

Core Performance & Technical Advantages

Adopting mature online double-conversion topology, the unit achieves 0ms transfer time and pure sine wave output, isolating surge, voltage fluctuation and harmonic interference thoroughly. Equipped with intelligent rectifier module, it applies float charge + constant voltage equalized two-stage charging logic; charging current is limited to 15% of battery capacity, effectively slowing down battery aging and extending service life by 30% to cut long-term replacement expenses. Matched external battery pack instantly supplies backup energy once mains power fails to avoid equipment outage damage.
For sites with poor power quality, optional front harmonic reduction filter is available to lower current distortion and improve grid compatibility. The inverter runs 24/7 nonstop to deliver stable clean AC power. A high-speed static switch supports automatic & manual switching between inverter and bypass circuit, with exclusive SCR backfeed protection to eliminate current feedback risks and strengthen whole-system safety.

Humanized Maintenance Design

Fitted with independent SWMB maintenance bypass switch, the CNW330 series realizes zero-downtime overhaul. Operators can fully isolate the UPS mainframe for inspection without cutting off load power, completely avoiding economic losses from maintenance shutdown. Supported by complete safety protections and standard CE/IEC/ISO certifications, this series is a high cost-performance power solution for all harsh unattended outdoor working conditions.

It is customized for unattended outdoor sites: telecommunication base stations, road & tunnel monitoring, oil & gas fields, photovoltaic/wind power measuring equipment, water conservancy pumping stations and remote industrial control cabinets.
What is the function of the SWMB maintenance bypass switch?
After closing SWMB and disconnecting SWIN, SWBY and SWOUT, the UPS host can be fully isolated for overhaul. The load keeps powered without interruption, avoiding economic losses caused by shutdown maintenance. Note that neutral line cannot be isolated on three-phase output models.
What is the operating temperature range of CNW330?
With supporting cabinet air conditioner, the applicable ambient temperature covers -30℃ ~ +50℃, adapting to high-temperature, cold, rainy and dusty field environments.
Is the harmonic reduction filter standard configuration?
No, it is an optional accessory. Installed at the front of rectifier, it suppresses input current harmonic distortion to improve power grid compatibility and power quality, protected by built-in fuse.
