Description

CONSNANT AGM series are maintenance-free valve-regulated sealed lead-acid batteries adopting advanced Absorbent Glass Mat technology. All electrolyte is fully absorbed in glass fiber separators, achieving ≥99% internal gas recombination efficiency, non-spillable and zero water refilling during service.

The full range covers 7Ah to 260Ah 12V rated capacity, with long design life under 25℃ constant environment: 5 years for models below 20Ah, 10 years for models above 20Ah, up to 12 years floating service life. The product complies with UL, ISO, IEC, CE international standards, manufactured in Shenzhen, China, widely used for standby power and cyclic power supply scenarios.

What type of battery is the CONSNANT AGM 12V series?

It is a maintenance-free valve-regulated sealed lead-acid (VRLA) battery with AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) technology. It is non-spillable, gel-type and requires no water replenishment during the entire service life.

What is the design service life of the battery?

Under standard environment of 25℃±5℃, the design life is 5 years for models below 20Ah, 10 years for models above 20Ah, and the maximum floating service life can reach 12 years.

Why is the battery with high discharge efficiency?

Adopting improved AGM separator and patented AM formula flat plates, the battery has ultra-low internal resistance, excellent high-rate discharge performance and stable voltage output under heavy load. The sealed reaction efficiency is up to ≥99%.

Are there multiple terminal options for the battery?

Yes. Multiple terminal types including F1/F2, M5, M6, M8 are optional with different terminal positions, which can match the installation needs of various equipment.

Is the battery leak-proof and safe?

Absolutely. It adopts full sealed design with dual terminal sealing technology (mechanical compression + epoxy glue). The high-strength ABS shell supports optional UL94-V0 flame retardant grade, with no liquid leakage, no acid mist overflow, fire and explosion resistant.

What should be avoided during battery use?

Do not disassemble, incinerate the battery, or charge it in a closed tight container, which may cause fire, explosion or burning risks. Avoid long-term over-discharge and over-charge.
