Description
CNS-LFP36V series is CONSNANT’s ABS case lithium iron phosphate battery specially designed to directly replace traditional 36V lead-acid batteries. The series covers capacities from 50Ah to 150Ah, with nominal voltage 38.4V, over 3000 deep cycles at 80% DOD, far exceeding the service life of lead-acid batteries. Equipped with built-in intelligent BMS protection system, certified by CE, IEC62133, UN38.3, ISO, RoHS and MSDS, it is a lightweight, safe, long-cycle, fast-charging eco-friendly power storage solution widely used in energy storage, backup power, electric vehicles, marine and RV equipment.
Passed strict global testing standards including IEC62133, UN38.3, CE, RoHS, MSDS, ISO. Each battery undergoes full charge-discharge aging test before shipment to guarantee stable performance.
Adopt high-strength black ABS shell with portable metal handles, 30%-50% lighter than equivalent lead-acid batteries, greatly reducing equipment load and improving mobility.
Integrated battery management system provides full protection against over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit and over-temperature. LiFePO4 cathode material features ultra-stable chemical property, zero risk of thermal runaway, fire or explosion.
Supports >3000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge; daily one-time charge & discharge can serve stably for 5+ years. We provide 3–5 years official warranty, remaining capacity ≥60% after 3000 cycles.
Support high-rate fast charging, cut charging time by half compared with lead-acid batteries. High pulse discharge capacity meets heavy instantaneous power demand of golf carts, yachts and engineering equipment.
Chargeable at 0℃~55℃, dischargeable at -20℃~55℃, stable operation in cold or high-temperature outdoor scenarios.
Support LCD power display & Bluetooth monitoring module to check real-time voltage, current, remaining capacity via mobile phone.
