CNS-LFP24V Series lithium battery has the outstanding features of large capacity per unit weight, high discharge power, fast charging, long cycle life, and high stability under high temperature and high heat environment. The product has a 80% depth of discharge. One important advantage over other lithium-ion chemistries is its thermal and chemical stability, which improves the battery safety. With the combination of LiFePO4, the product can perform a more stable redox reaction and faster ion migration. The other is that it offers a longer cycle life. It has a very constant discharge voltage which can always stay stable until the cell is exhausted. This allows the cell to deliver virtually full power until it is discharged, and it can greatly simplify or even eliminate the need for voltage regulation circuitry. The battery back is impact-proof and is tested to be able to sustain heavy external shocks without risk of explosion.

Is the CNS-LFP24V series battery a direct replacement for traditional 24V lead-acid batteries?
Yes. The CNS-LFP24V series 25.6V LiFePO4 battery can directly replace conventional 24V lead-acid batteries. It features similar installation dimensions and terminal specifications. In most scenarios, you only need to replace the battery without modifying the original system.
Does the battery come with a built-in BMS? What protections are included?
Every unit is equipped with an integrated smart BMS. It supports overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, short circuit, over-temperature protection and low-temperature charging control to safeguard the battery cells
Can I charge this battery with solar panels or existing lead-acid chargers?
It supports solar charging with a dedicated 24V LiFePO4 solar charge controller. Standard lead-acid chargers are NOT recommended, as the voltage curve cannot match LiFePO4 requirements and may cause incomplete charging.
