Description

LiFePO4 12.8V Battery Pack: a high-performance and environmentally-friendly solution. With quality assurance, lightweight design, high power output, fast charging, safety, and long life, this battery pack is the ideal choice for your needs.

CNS-LFP12V Series lithium battery has the outstanding features of large capacity per unit weight, high discharge power, fast charging, long cycle life, and high stability under high temperature and high heat environment. The product has a 80% depth of discharge. One important advantage over other lithium-ion chemistries is its thermal and chemical stability, which improves the battery safety. With the combination of LiFePO4, the product can perform a more stable redox reaction and faster ion migration. The other is that it offers a longer cycle life. It has a very constant discharge voltage which can always stay stable until the cell is exhausted. This allows the cell to deliver virtually full power until it is discharged, and it can greatly simplify or even eliminate the need for voltage regulation circuitry. The battery back is impact-proof and is tested to be able to sustain heavy external shocks without risk of explosion.

    Over 3000 cycles at 80% Depth of Discharge (DOD), with 3-5 years standard warranty. Under daily charge-discharge cycle, it can steadily serve more than 5 years, 10 times longer cycle life than conventional lead-acid batteries, effectively reducing total replacement cost.

  2. Lightweight & High Energy Density

    Only 1/3 weight of lead-acid batteries with identical capacity, unit weight ranges from 6.5kg to 37kg. Black impact-resistant ABS housing with integrated handle for easy transportation and installation. Constant discharge voltage ensures full power output without attenuation during operation.

  3. Fast Charging Capability

    Standard charging voltage: 14.2V, supporting 0.5C fast charging with maximum charge current up to 200A, cutting charging time by 70% compared with lead acid batteries.

  4. Multi-layer Safety Protection

    Equipped with integrated dedicated BMS, offering comprehensive protection against overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, short circuit and over-temperature. LiFePO4 chemistry delivers outstanding thermal and chemical stability, shock-proof and explosion-proof structure. Certified by UN38.3, IEC62133, CE, RoHS, MSDS, safe for high-temperature operation without fire risk.

  5. Wide Operating Temperature Range

    Discharge temperature: -20℃ ~ 55℃; Charging temperature: 0℃ ~ 55℃; Storage temperature: -10℃ ~ 45℃. Stable performance in outdoor, cabinet, vehicle and marine harsh environments.

  6. Flexible Expansion & Optional Functions

    Supports series & parallel connection (4S4P) for capacity & voltage expansion. Optional LCD capacity display and Bluetooth monitoring function. Standard M8 terminal fits most inverters, solar charge controllers, RV and marine engines.

 

Storage & Operation Tips

  1. Long-term storage: Keep battery at 50% state of charge, storage temperature 10~35℃, humidity 45%~75%. Complete full charge & discharge maintenance every 6 months.
  2. Low-temperature charging: Do not charge under 0℃ to avoid cell damage; discharge performance remains stable in low temperature.
  3. Charging matching: Use dedicated LiFePO4 charger or solar controller, lead-acid dedicated charger is forbidden.

Can the CNS-LFP12V battery directly replace a traditional 12V lead-acid battery?
Yes. The 12.8V LiFePO4 battery of this series shares compatible dimensions with mainstream 12V lead-acid batteries, enabling direct in-place replacement without equipment reconstruction. Note: Lead-acid dedicated chargers cannot be reused; please adopt special chargers for LiFePO4 batteries.
What is the approximate cycle life of this battery? What are its advantages compared to lead-acid batteries?
It achieves ≥3000 cycles at 80% Depth of Discharge (DOD), while ordinary lead-acid batteries only reach 300–500 cycles. It weighs roughly 1/3 of lead-acid batteries with equal capacity, featuring lower self-discharge and stable voltage output, which greatly cuts long-term operation & maintenance costs.
Does it support connecting multiple batteries in series or parallel for capacity expansion? What is the maximum number of batteries that can be connected in series or parallel?
Series and parallel connection for capacity & voltage expansion are supported. The standard configuration recommendation is 4S4P. Please consult our technical team in advance if you need larger battery banks to guarantee balancing and safety.
