Description

The CNH330R series is a brand-new 3-phase input / 3-phase output rack-mount high-frequency double-conversion online UPS developed by CONSNANT, covering five power ratings: 10KVA, 15KVA, 20KVA, 30KVA and 40KVA. Designed for standard 19-inch server racks with compact dimensions, this modular UPS supports N+X redundant parallel expansion. Users can add extra modules gradually according to actual load growth, realizing phased investment and flexible capacity expansion to cut upfront capital cost.
Equipped with full DSP digital control and high-frequency double-conversion topology, this UPS eliminates nearly all power grid anomalies including power blackout, overvoltage, undervoltage, voltage sag, damped oscillation, high-voltage pulse, surge, inrush current, THD distortion, EMI interference and frequency drift. It delivers clean, seamless sinusoidal power for critical loads such as computer servers, automatic industrial equipment, communication systems and precision machinery.

    Automatic smooth switching among three charging phases: high-current constant charge (up to 90% capacity), constant voltage activation & full charging, floating maintenance. This technology accelerates charging and extends battery service life effectively.

  6. Dual LCD & LED Display Panel

    Real-time visual monitoring of input/output voltage, frequency, load percentage, battery level and ambient temperature for intuitive daily maintenance.

  7. Local & Remote Intelligent Monitoring

    Standard RS485 communication port; optional SNMP card supports remote monitoring, remote control and fault alarm, compatible with centralized data center management platforms.

  8. EPO & REPO Emergency Power Off Function

    Local EPO button and remote REPO interface enable instant full UPS shutdown in emergency scenarios to protect equipment and personnel safety.

  9. High Energy Efficiency & Superior Output Waveform

    Efficiency ≥98% under ECO energy-saving mode and ≥95% under standard online mode. Output voltage precision ±1%; THD ≤2% for linear loads and ≤5% for non-linear loads. Zero transfer time between mains and battery mode.

  10. Wide Grid Adaptability & Multi-Stage Overload Protection

    Ultra-wide input voltage range 138~476VAC, adaptive input frequency 40–70Hz; input power factor ≥0.99 with input current THD ≤3%. Tiered overload protection: 110% load for 60 mins, 125% load for 10 mins, 150% load for 1 min, immediate shutdown above 150% load.

What are the essential differences between the high-frequency double-conversion topology used in CNH330R and traditional industrial frequency UPS in terms of power link, THDI, and dynamic response?
This unit adopts two-stage high-frequency double-conversion topology with full DSP-controlled 3-phase active PFC boost rectifier and full-bridge high-frequency inverter, without low-frequency isolation transformer. Integrated active 3P PFC achieves input PF ≥0.99 and input current THDI ≤3%. Traditional line-frequency UPS only uses passive LC filter, resulting in THDI ranging from 12% to 30%. In terms of dynamic performance, the rectifier closed-loop bandwidth reaches ≥2kHz. Under step load change (0↔100% rated load), output voltage transient deviation is less than ±3% with recovery time within 10ms. Line-frequency UPS suffers ±8% or higher voltage dip due to large transformer inductance. Elimination of power frequency transformer cuts copper & iron loss by a large margin, raises online efficiency by 3~5 percentage points, and reduces unit weight by over 40%, ideal for high-density rack deployment.
How can a three-phase active PFC achieve independent phase regulation and harmonic suppression under unbalanced three-phase input conditions? What is its limit of unbalance tolerance?
The rectifier applies independent phase-separated Boost PFC structure with separate voltage & current closed-loop control for Phase A/B/C without cross coupling. Under input unbalance degree ≤±25% or single-phase loss while the other two phases remain normal, the rectifier maintains rated DC bus voltage without input fault alarm. Independent per-phase current shaping ensures input THDI ≤3% even under severe three-phase unbalance, eliminating severe current distortion defects of integrated 3-phase rectifiers.
