Description

The CNS110 series 3.5kW/5.5kW off-grid hybrid solar inverter is an all-in-one energy storage converter independently developed by CONSNANT, integrating inverter, MPPT solar charger, AC mains battery charger and off-grid power management system. It is a core equipment for household off-grid solar energy storage systems, supporting independent photovoltaic power supply, mains complementary power supply, battery energy storage backup, and can operate normally without matching batteries.

    Standard pure sine wave AC output, power factor up to 1.0, can drive refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines and other inductive household loads; the unique PV direct output mode realizes normal power supply without battery collocation, reducing system investment cost.

  2. Dual Power Priority Switchable via LCD Screen

    Users can set AC mains priority / solar PV charging priority through the front LCD display, intelligently allocate power according to sunshine and electricity price to save energy consumption.

    3.5kW model built-in 100A MPPT, 5.5kW model built-in 80A MPPT; wide PV voltage window 40–450VDC, maximum PV input power up to 6000W, high tracking efficiency to maximize solar energy utilization.

    Double AC output design, can divide heavy load and light load circuits, avoid overload trip, realize scientific household power distribution.

    Customizable constant voltage/float charging parameters, intelligent equalized charging to extend lithium/lead-acid battery service life; reserved BMS communication port, perfect matching lithium iron phosphate energy storage batteries.

  6. Optional Intelligent Remote Monitoring

    Support Wi-Fi & Bluetooth module optional configuration, mobile phone/PC real-time viewing of PV power generation, battery SOC, load power, equipment operating status, convenient remote operation and maintenance.

  7. Wide Adaptable AC Mains Input Voltage

    Two working modes: Appliance mode (90~280VAC) for household appliances; UPS mode (170~264VAC) for precision electronic equipment, adapt to unstable regional mains.

  8. Complete Multi-Layer Safety Protection

    Equipped with overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, short circuit, overheating, reverse connection protection; transfer time only 10–20ms, uninterrupted power supply for precision equipment.

  9. Stable Environmental Adaptability

    Operating temperature range -10℃ ~ 50℃, built-in dust-proof filter screen, can operate normally in high humidity (20%–95% non-condensing) outdoor environment.

Can this inverter operate without batteries?
Yes. CNS110 series supports battery-free operation. PV power can directly supply loads without battery packs to cut system cost. However, without batteries, there will be no power supply at night or on cloudy days, and no backup function during power failure.
Can an inverter be connected to the grid and supply power to the power grid?
This is an off-grid hybrid inverter. It only supports grid complementary charging and grid backup power, no reverse power feed to utility grid, not applicable for grid-tied PV systems.
What is the maximum series voltage of a photovoltaic panel?
Max PV open circuit voltage is 500VDC. PV string open voltage cannot exceed 500V, otherwise internal MPPT module will be damaged.
What are the differences between the two modes of AC input voltage range?
Appliance Mode 90~280VAC: For remote areas with severe grid voltage fluctuation, for general household appliances; UPS Mode 170~264VAC: More stable voltage range for computers, monitoring and precision devices with smoother transfer. Mode switchable via LCD menu.
Does it support remote monitoring via mobile phone?
Optional Wi-Fi & Bluetooth module for mobile remote monitoring. Real-time data includes PV generation, battery SOC, load power, fault codes and charging status. Built-in Type-B, dry contact, BMS and Comm ports.
