Description
OD-TRSS series  is an integrated outdoor hybrid energy telecom power system independently developed by CONSNANT, combining high-efficiency AC rectifier modules and multi-channel MPPT solar charge modules, delivering standard -48VDC power supply for telecom equipment.
Designed for mains + photovoltaic complementary power supply, the system realizes solar priority energy dispatch to maximize solar utilization and cut site electricity expenditure. It supports seamless coordination of mains grid, PV panels, storage batteries and optional diesel generator, ensuring zero-interruption power supply for remote communication sites with unstable power or no grid coverage. The whole machine adopts IP55 outdoor cabinet structure with compact layout, front access maintenance, and optional air conditioner/electric heater to adapt to extreme outdoor environments.

Working Principle:
Under normal grid power, rectifier modules, MPPT solar modules, load equipment and batteries operate in parallel floating charging mode. Solar power supplies loads and charges batteries preferentially; when solar output is insufficient, rectifiers automatically supplement power.
1. Mains outage with normal PV output: Solar modules feed loads and charge batteries.
2. Mains outage + PV failure: Batteries discharge to sustain loads. When battery voltage drops to generator startup threshold, the monitoring unit sends startup signal to diesel generator; the generator supplies AC to rectifiers to recharge batteries and restore full load power. When battery voltage reaches generator stop threshold, the system shuts down the generator automatically.

Real-time statistics of load power consumption, PV generation, mains power input, diesel generator output, battery charge/discharge volume; stores 90-day historical operation data, 200 fault alarm records and 10 groups of battery test data, all data remotely uploadable.
5. Comprehensive Alarm & Multi-Layer Protection
Full-range electrical protection: AC over/undervoltage, PV over/undervoltage, output OVP/UVP, overcurrent, short-circuit, over-temperature, PV reverse polarity protection; built-in AC & DC two-stage lightning protection SPD for thunderstorm-prone regions.

What does "hybrid power system" refer to? Which energy sources does it support?
Hybrid means mains AC + PV solar dual core energy supply, and it reserves a linkage interface for external diesel generator. The system intelligently distributes power in priority order: solar PV > mains grid > storage battery > diesel generator, realizing zero-interruption power switching among multiple energy sources.
How does the system work when mains power fails?
1. If PV panels generate power normally: solar modules drive loads and charge batteries simultaneously; 2. If PV fails on rainy/cloudy days: storage batteries discharge to sustain telecom loads; 3. When battery voltage drops to preset generator startup threshold, the monitoring unit sends a trigger signal to start the diesel generator; the generator provides AC input for rectifiers to recharge batteries. The generator will shut down automatically once battery voltage reaches stop threshold.
What is the cabinet protection grade? Can it work in coastal salt mist and dusty areas?
Outdoor integrated cabinet IP55 dustproof & waterproof, with anti-corrosion coating and salt mist resistant treatment, stable operation in coastal, desert and mountain outdoor environments. Air conditioner or electric heater can be added as options for extreme temperature areas.
