Description

CONSNANT OPzV solid-state lead battery is a high-performance valve-regulated tubular gel lead-acid battery developed based on upgraded traditional lead-acid technology, fully complying with DIN industrial standards. It adopts nano gas-phase silica solid-state gel electrolyte to replace free liquid sulfuric acid, completely eliminating electrolyte leakage, acid volatilization and acid stratification problems.
With high-pressure die-cast tubular positive plates, one-time integrated solid electrolyte filling process and imported European PVC-SiO₂ separators, this series achieves ultra-long service life, outstanding deep cycle performance and ultra-wide temperature adaptability, perfectly matching energy storage, communication and industrial backup power scenarios under harsh working conditions.

OPzV battery is a VRLA tubular gel solid-state lead battery. It adopts nano gas-phase silica solid-state electrolyte instead of traditional liquid sulfuric acid, featuring zero leakage, long life and wide temperature adaptability. It is a high-end industrial energy storage battery different from ordinary AGM batteries.
What is the difference between OPzV solid-state battery and ordinary AGM lead-acid battery?
OPzV uses 100% solid nano gel electrolyte with no liquid flow, zero leakage and no acid stratification, safer and more durable. It has a wider working temperature (-40℃~60℃), longer floating life (20-25 years) and better deep cycle performance. AGM batteries adopt liquid absorption technology, with shorter service life and poorer extreme temperature resistance.
How long is the service life of CONSNANT OPzV battery?
Under 25℃ standard environment, the floating design life is 20~25 years. The cycle life reaches 3500 cycles (2V models) and 2200 cycles (12V models) at 80% DOD deep discharge, far exceeding ordinary lead-acid batteries.
Can the battery work in extreme high and low temperature environments?
Yes. The operating temperature range is -40℃~60℃. It can work stably in high-temperature desert, cold plateau, coastal humid and other extreme environments, with stable charge and discharge performance.
